Do you offer virtual sessions?
Yes, we offer virtual sessions via secure video conferencing for clients who prefer remote support or cannot attend in person. Virtual sessions are available for all of our therapy services.

What are your hours?
We offer sessions by appointment. Our typical hours are Monday through Friday, with some evening availability. Contact us to schedule a consultation at a time that works for you.
Do you accept insurance?
The Shift is a private-pay practice, which means we do not bill insurance directly. Private pay keeps your care confidential and lets us focus entirely on what works best for you. We're happy to provide a superbill you can submit to your insurer for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
